PNG, JPG, MP4, and GIF — the formats your LED sign controller actually accepts. Stills and text overlays come as PNG with transparent backgrounds. Animations are delivered as MP4 and GIF. If your controller needs something specific, tell us in the order brief and we'll format accordingly.

You submit your order and complete a short creative brief. Our design team picks it up within 24 hours and delivers your complete file set within 3–5 business days. You'll get an email when the files are ready to download.

Every package includes 2 free revision rounds. Send us your feedback — a different color, adjusted text, a layout tweak — and we'll update the files and re-deliver. Additional revisions beyond the 2 included can be added for a small fee.

We're adding a portfolio section — it'll be live soon. In the meantime, contact us and we'll send examples relevant to your industry and sign type so you know exactly what to expect.

Yes. Indoor signs, outdoor signs, scrolling marquee displays, video walls — we design for any LED display. Just include your sign's dimensions and controller model in the order brief and we'll size and format everything correctly.

Just three things: your business name, your logo if you have one (Standard package), and the messages you want on your sign. That's it. Our design team handles the rest — layouts, colors, animations, file preparation.

The Standard package adds 7 branded files on top of the 14 in Basic — stills, animations, and design elements with your logo and brand colors integrated throughout. If you want your business identity on the sign content (not just generic professional designs), Standard is the right choice.
